Warranty Information formulated to keep your vehicle in top condition

We warrant that should the surface that is treated with Ultratek Titanium Kinetic Paint Protection be unsatisfactory in protecting the vehicle’s paintwork from permanent oxidation, fading or discolouration & loss of gloss, insect etching, tar and road grime damage, natural environment fallout, bird and bat droppings, and, tree sap stains., then We will, at no cost to the Owner, repair and re-treat the damaged area, provided that the Owner maintains the vehicle in the manner described below and complies with these Terms and Conditions during the Warranty Period (6 Years within 5 years of build date - Used Vehicles).

1. The vehicle must be regularly cleaned with UltraTek (or PH Neutral ) Shampoo or taken to an approved UltraTek car wash site and must not be polished or waxed unless done so by an Applicator that We have approved, failing which this warranty will be void.

2. You must immediately wipe from the paint any bird droppings, tree sap or bat droppings by using a clean cloth.

3. Only areas treated with UltraTek Used Car Paint Protectant will be covered by this warranty.

4. If any treated area is replaced or repaired, the area must have UltraTek Used Car Paint Protectant reapplied within 45 days of the repair or replacement to ensure that the warranty is maintained. The cost for this re-application shall by borne by the Owner or the Owner's insurer. Failure to have UltraTek Used Car Paint Protectant reapplied within 45 days will render this warranty void.

5. It is the responsibility of the Owner to notify us within 30 days if damage covered under this warranty becomes evident. Within this 30 day period the Owner must return the vehicle to the Applicator at an agreed time. Failure to comply with this procedure will render this warranty void.

6. This warranty does not cover damage arising from collision, stone chips, surface rust, chemical fallout or spillage, scratching, abrasions or paint imperfections such as paint flaking, peeling, foreign matter in paint, orange peel or clear coat separation, act(s) of vandalism, sunscreen, acid, ammonia, hail damage or other abrasive or corrosive products or arising from the improper treatment of the surface or events which result in the occurrence of abnormal wear and tear.

7. The Owner must present the original warranty document for inspection upon any claim arising and must follow the Claim Procedure.

We warrant that should the surface that is treated with UltraTek Fabric & Carpet Protection be unsatisfactory in the protection against permanent Fabric and Carpet staining from: Commonly consumed food stains, Milk stains, Drink Stains, mud and other general contaminants, and, UV Damage, then We will, at no cost to the Owner, repair and re-treat the damaged area, provided that the Owner maintains the vehicle in the manner described and complies with these Terms and Conditions during the Warranty Period (Used Vehicles - 6 Years if 5 Years or less from build date).

1. Only Our approved Applicators are permitted to apply UltraTek Fabric & Carpet Protection to the vehicle in accordance with the instructions specified.

2. Only Fabric & Carpet areas treated with UltraTek Fabric & Carpet Protection will be covered by this warranty.

3. If any treated Fabric & Carpet area is replaced or repaired, the area must have UltraTek Fabric & Carpet Protection reapplied within 30 days of the repair or replacement to ensure that this warranty is maintained. The cost for this re-application shall by borne by the Owner or the Owner's insurer. Failure to have UltraTek Fabric & Carpet Protection reapplied within 30 days will render this warranty void.

4. This warranty does not cover damage arising from the piercing of the Fabric & Carpet, collision, act(s) of vandalism, oil based paints, bleach, dye, burns including but not limited to cigarette burns, sunscreen, acid, ammonia or other abrasive or corrosive products or arising from the improper treatment of the Fabric & Carpet surface or events which result in the occurrence of abnormal wear and tear to the Fabric & Carpet

We warrant that should the surface that is treated with UltraTek Leather Protection be unsatisfactory in the protection against permanent leather staining, fading, splitting and cracking, food and drink stains, dye transfer, ink marks, and, perspiration, then We will, at no cost to the Owner, repair and re-treat the damaged area, provided that the Owner maintains the vehicle in the manner described and complies with these Terms and Conditions during the Warranty Period (Used Vehicles - 6 Years or 5 Years or less from build date).

1. Only Our approved Applicators are permitted to apply UltraTek Leather Protection to the vehicle in accordance with the instructions specified.

2. Only Leather areas treated with UltraTek Leather Protection will be covered by this warranty.

3. If any treated Leather area is replaced or repaired, the area must have UltraTek Leather Protection reapplied within 30 days of the repair or replacement to ensure that this warranty is maintained. The cost for this re-application shall by borne by the Owner or the Owner's insurer. Failure to have UltraTek Leather Protection reapplied within 30 days will render this warranty void.

4. This warranty does not cover damage arising from the piercing of the Leather, collision, act(s) of vandalism, oil based paints, bleach, dye, burns including but not limited to cigarette burns, sunscreen, acid, ammonia or other abrasive or corrosive products or arising from the improper treatment of the Leather surface or events which result in the occurrence of abnormal wear and tear to the Leather.

We warrant that should the surface that is treated with UltraTek Vinyl Protection be unsatisfactory in the protection against permanent Vinyl permanent staining, splitting and cracking due to UV damage, make-up stains, food and drink stains, ink marks, permanent UV fading, and perspiration, then We will, at no cost to the Owner, repair and re-treat the damaged area, provided that the Owner maintains the vehicle in the manner described and complies with these Terms and Conditions during the Warranty Period (Used Vehicles - 6 Years or 5 Years or less from build date).

1. Only Our approved Applicators are permitted to apply UltraTek Vinyl Protection to the vehicle in accordance with the instructions specified.

2. Only Vinyl areas treated with UltraTek Vinyl Protection will be covered by this warranty.

3. If any treated Vinyl area is replaced or repaired, the area must have UltraTek Vinyl Protection reapplied within 30 days of the repair or replacement to ensure that this warranty is maintained. The cost for this re-application shall by borne by the Owner or the Owner's insurer. Failure to have UltraTek Vinyl Protection reapplied within 30 days will render this warranty void.

4. This warranty does not cover damage arising from the piercing of the Vinyl, collision, act(s) of vandalism, oil based paints, bleach, dye, burns including but not limited to cigarette burns, acid, sunscreen, ammonia or other abrasive or corrosive products or arising from the improper treatment of the Vinyl surface or events which result in the occurrence of abnormal wear and tear to the Vinyl.

We warrant that should the UltraTek window film applied peel, crack, bubble or suffer damage due to adhesive failure, colour fading or colour changing, then we will at our discretion repair and re-treat the damaged area, provided that you comply with these Warranty Conditions during the Warranty Period (20 Years):

1.Only our Trained Applicators are permitted to apply UltraTek Window Tint to the vehicle.

2. You must only use mild soapy water, a microfibre cloth or synthetic sponge to clean the window film.

3. Use of any cleaning products not outlined above, abrasive cleaners, coarse cloths or other abrasive material will render this Warranty void to the extent that any damage or imperfection is caused by the use of such product.

4.The treated windows must not be rolled down for a period of three days after application to allow the film to properly adhere to the glass.

5.This warranty does not cover damage arising from collision, act(s) of vandalism, paint spillage, bleach, dye, scratches or burns including but not limited to cigarette burns, acid, ammonia or other abrasive or corrosive products or arising from the improper treatment of the film or from negligence or abnormal treatment.

6.Curing of the film can take up to 28 days from application. Some minor bubbling is common whilst film cures. No claims will be accepted during that period.

We warrant that should the UltraTek window film applied peel, crack, bubble or suffer damage due to adhesive failure, colour fading or colour changing, then we will at our discretion repair and re-treat the damaged area, provided that you comply with these Warranty Conditions during the Warranty Period (20 Years):

UltraTek electronic rust proofing: UltraTek warrant to the Owner of the nominated vehicle that the UltraTek Electronic Rust Unit will protect the vehicle against rust corrosion as per the Terms and Conditions listed for the Warranty Period. If the UltraTek Electronic Rust Unit is unsatisfactory in its performance then We will repair and re-treat the affected area at no cost to the Owner, provided that the Owner maintains the vehicle in the manner described and complies with these Terms and Conditions during the Warranty Period (3 Years if 2 Years or less from build date).

1. Only Authorised Persons are permitted to install the UltraTek Electronic Rust Unit in accordance with the instructions specified.

2. Only Authorised Persons are permitted to repair or replace the UltraTek Electronic Rust Unit.

3. This warranty does not cover vehicles with rust damage prior to the installation of the UltraTek Electronic Rust Unit.

4. The UltraTek Electronic Rust Unit must be in operation at all times, failing which this warranty will be void. The Owner must ensure that the light on the UltraTek Electronic Rust Unit is always illuminated.

5. This warranty does not cover exhaust system, drive train, brake, brake calipers, chrome plated trim, bumpers, battery acid related corrosion, fitted aftermarket accessories, such as luggage racks, tow bars, vehicle load areas (ute), rust due to defective workmanship, and materials in the manufacture of the vehicle, areas affected by damage due to collision, fire, surface rust and rust occurring in non-grounded surfaces, repaired or replaced components not identical to the Original Equipment Manufacturer's parts or, areas that have rust or damage present before installation. Standard single pad unit is not covered for regular beach use or any salt water immersion. Premium four pad unit is covered for 5 years for vehicles under 5 years of age for regular beach use and salt water immersion.

6. If the UltraTek Electronic Rust Unit is replaced or repaired, the UltraTek Electronic Rust Unit must be replaced within 30 days of the event to ensure the warranty is maintained. The cost for this re-installation shall by borne by the Owner or the Owner's insurer.

7. This warranty does not cover damage arising from collision, act(s) of vandalism, acid, ammonia or other abrasive or corrosive products or arising from the improper treatment of the surfaces or events which result in the occurrence of abnormal wear and tear.

8. The Owner must present the original warranty document for inspection upon any claim arising and must follow the Claim Procedure.

9. Claim Limits. A limit of two claims to the value of $1,000 each per vehicle applies. A maximum claim amount of $2,000 for the term of the warranty period applies to all vehicles.

Warranty
Automotive Technology Group Australia (ATGA) warrants to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship under normal use of the system for the period outlined below from the original date of purchase.

Main Dash Cam unit & hardwire kit: 24 Month

MicroSD Card: 6 Month

Should the unit fail within the warranty period, ATGA will, at its discretion, replace or repair the product in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

The Dealership warrants to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship under normal use of the system for the period outlined below from 24 months after the original date of purchase.

Main Dash Cam unit & hardwire kit only: 36 Month

If your unit fails to operate correctly, first check with the place of purchase to see if any assistance can be offered. If your device

continues to fail and you believe your unit meets the criteria for warranty replacement or repair, please contact us.

What this warranty does not cover
1. Damage occurring during shipment to dealers or clients. Damage during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier.

2. Damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, misuse, improper installation, improper operation, or failure to follow the instructions contained in the manual.

3. Damage caused by acts of hostility or terrorism.

4. Damage caused by Acts of God, including without limitation, earthquake, fire, flood, storms or other acts of nature.

5. Service performed by an unauthorised person, company, organisation, or service agent.

6. Any product that has been tampered with altered or modified.

7. Any product not purchased through an authorised Dealer.

8. Any product that has been determined to contain moisture or an excessive amount of dust, or dirt or unreasonable environmental conditions.

9. Any product presented for warranty without proof of purchase.
